How last-minute booking works — please read before you send your request:

1. You submit this form with your contact details for the time slot you selected.
2. We notify available staff. If an operator can host your game, they may accept the request.
3. Operators have up to 120 minutes of active time to respond (last-minute deadline rules may shorten this). After an operator accepts, you have up to 60 minutes of active time to complete payment once we notify you.
4. Daily quiet hours are configured from 22:00 to 08:00 (Europe/Brussels). During those hours, operator and customer timers are paused.
5. Immediately after you send this request, we show the latest date and time by which you can expect a decision.
6. If your request is accepted, you will receive a message by email or WhatsApp with a secure payment link.
7. If no operator accepts in time, we will notify you and no booking is completed — you pay nothing.
