How last-minute booking works — please read before you send your request:

1. You submit this form with your contact details for the time slot you selected.
2. We notify available staff. If an operator can host your game, they accept the request.
3. If your request is accepted, you will receive a message by email or WhatsApp (according to our settings) with a link to pay securely.
4. Complete payment within the time limit in that message to secure the slot; if payment is not completed in time, the slot may be released again.
5. If no operator accepts within 120 minutes, we will notify you and no booking is completed—you pay nothing.
